Her conception took place on the 29th of March, 1985 in Roswell near New Mexico. Gerina Michelle is her maiden name. Gerina Stevenson, the Mexican child of Rita Stevenson Stevenson and Alan Stevenson Stevenson was birthed in Mexico. The mother of two is Mexican American and is an American through nationality. Since she was a child she's always had a strong desire to participate in athletics. Gerina first began playing golf at 15 years of age. Gerina was a graduate of Goddard High School. In high school she was the winner of the New Mexico Golf State Tournament. The volleyball abilities of her were recognized at the national scale. She went to an institution called the University of Texas in 2003. She won all of the tournaments she played in during her senior years. During her college career she was awarded the Conference USA Player of The Year award and The UTEP Female Sport Athletics Award.
